Dogs Walked By Kat is a pet support service in the Bury area. Primarily set up for dog walking I can also offer house sitting, pop in visits, administer meds.
Dog Walking
I can come to your home, collect your pet and take them for a walk. If there's nowhere suitable within walking distance I can pop them in my car and head to a local spot more in keeping with the needs of your pet.
I understand that we have real-life commitments that keep us busy so you don't need to wait at home for me. Simply provide me with a key and I can take your pet out without disturbing your day.
Walks will be uniquely for your pet, I don't take multiple clients' pets out at the same time. If you have more than one pet that requires walking, no problem, we can make a plan for all of them.
I'll schedule a home visit with you first to assess your pet's needs and importantly meet your pet, then we'll agree on how I work with you and your pet.
Pet Sitting
Just because your pet can't go with you doesn't mean you can't enjoy a break. Also, boarding kennels and catteries can be loud and stressful for your pet. An alternative is to have someone stay over at your house, keeping your pet in familiar surroundings and in good company. Sitting services can be at any point in the day including stay-overs if required.
I'm fully DBS checked and more than happy to share that with you.
Puppy's First Walk
I decided to offer this service separate to the dog walks. The reason for this is because these first walks can be important to instil good walking and dog skills. This includes meeting other sensible dogs on walks, walking confidently and happily on a collar/harness without pulling and generally meeting the outside world, which can be scary for puppies. Please message for details. Walks can vary depending on the age of the puppy, breed, etc.
Pet Taxi
I'm fully insured to transport your pet. Perhaps a trip to and from the vets is required? Perhaps someone else will be looking after your pet at their house?

Cleaning Domestic Animals
